Top 5 for 2013 (so far): Rachel L Kicks Things Off

Rachel L's gets the ball rolling on this top five thing. Hers are short, sweet and full of titles we are putting hold on immediately!

A Tale Dark and Grimm by Adam Gidwitz
For those of you who want something very funny, but in a bad, gory kind of way.

Gates of Paradise by Melissa de la Cruz (see our full review)
Sultry vampires meet the rise of Lucifer. That’s all you need to know.

Lots of  drama, lots of suspense, and lots of cool 1950s New Orleans lingo.

Hysteria by Megan Miranda
A suspense-mystery-psychological thriller-romance all in one with an “atmosphere” that will make you second-guess everything.

Gorgeous by Paul Rudnick (see our full review)
I’m not done reading it yet, but I just about can’t put it down. It’s eerie and makes you think about what beauty is and what it’s worth—and I’m not talking about money. This book is part fun, part mean, and you won’t be able to put it down either.
