Snow and Ice without the shoveling.

For those of us who are from somewhere colder, Arlington's idea of winter leaves a little to be desired. Where's the snow? Where's the ice? I want to curl up by the fire and lookoutside at the snow drifts.... Since that's not going to happen, and since bad weather actually means shoveling, slushy puddles and power outages, here's some books that let you enjoy winter without the side effects:

The White Darkness
--Geraldine McCaughrean

Let It Snow
-- John Green, Lauren Myracle, Maureen Johnson

Far North
--Will Hobbs
