The Blue Monster

More information on this week's Traveling Players performance...

A child’s imagination runs rampant over a classic fairy tale!

In Carlo Gozzi’s The Blue Monster adapted by Nathan Weinberger, a little girl alone in her room creates a story of love, magic and heroism. When the prince of Nanking is turned into a monster and the princess he loves is turned into a man, their love is put to the ultimate test. Together they must face an evil queen, a seven-headed hydra and each other.

Part “Beauty and the Beast”, part Abbott and Costello, The Blue Monster is a wild and wacky story of the triumph of love.

See you Thursday at 7 p.m.!
